I got my first apartment here I love it Apartment was new deep cleaned The manager is super great she got me in quickly both management maitnence guy help me with anything that needs to be fixed etc Very good experience 1010

Management is beyond terrible you get negative stars I still do not know what my rent is It took them almost a year to fix my kitchen since nearly 3 months for my dishwasher 6 months to fix the smoke alarm from beeping annoyingly and it has been a Management is beyond terrible you get negative stars I still do not know what my rent is It took them almost a year to fix my kitchen since nearly 3 months for my dishwasher 6 months to fix the smoke alarm from beeping annoyingly and it has been about 2 years for the stove Its like fix the stuff answer my calls listen to my messages I was ignored by management and she was sitting in her car infront of the office After i reported about that now she doesnt park in the front All she does is smoke and hang out with the residents its ridiculous I cant find a spot anywhere else that is why i am still here with all this dramannI heard about managment talking about other management that the person before them messed up but they are current managrs with messed up files What do you do all day other than igrnor us more ... hide ...

Apartments are nice but laundry room is a mess most of the time washers broken quite often and office usually closed and no answergreen areas need a weekly gardening service Trash over flower very rapidly
