To date, no comment has been made concerning the unusual length of time taken to process my outstanding requests for kitchen lighting nor has the one question I posed in a letter a few months ago been answered or acknowledged.
In general, all other facets of living here are positive and the property is well kept. The maintenance team does an admirable job of maintaining the apartments, which are quite nice. All the units are susceptible to ant infestations, and the tenants are very friendly. The location in Yorba Linda is excellent, and the management offers a variety of helpful amenities and activities which are welcomed by many. Additionally, the management keeps tenants informed of any situations, advantages, or potential issues they should be aware of.
Ants are a part of the local fauna and flora, and are common in the area. I lived in Yorba Linda for 16 years at Eastlake Village, a mile or so away from Stonehaven, prior to moving here. Yorba Linda was built on an ant hill and ant infestations are commonplace.more ...hide ...
This place doesnt let tenants here have more than five pots on their patio I believe that it would be wise for seniors to have more flexibility to cultivate more things This would be an excellent pastime and a good distraction for elderly people instThis place doesnt let tenants here have more than five pots on their patio I believe that it would be wise for seniors to have more flexibility to cultivate more things This would be an excellent pastime and a good distraction for elderly people instead they are putting a limit to what they can plant Management must reconsider restricting something that may be good for the mental health of those peoplemore ...hide ...
