Never answers there phone Its such a hassle to get ahold of the office The manager harassed us ever since we moved in always giving us 3 day notice for having stuff on the patio always doing inspection on our unit we pay our bills on time we are not Never answers there phone Its such a hassle to get ahold of the office The manager harassed us ever since we moved in always giving us 3 day notice for having stuff on the patio always doing inspection on our unit we pay our bills on time we are not in housing or section 8 for that stuff to happen to us we dont talk to anyone or ask for trouble we keep to ourselves all the time this place would be a great place to stay if they fixed everything before we moved in weve been here 3 years and still nothing we asked for been fixed our patio latch been broken and many times people been in their taking our little possessions they never gave us an assign parking and the place we can really park is in the Main Street where our cars been stolen many times before they dont want us here for some reason but make it difficult for us to leavemore ...hide ...

The manager who goes by €œNena€ tried to scam me by not accepting my 30 day notice to keep my deposit. She used my personal reference to call my father and ask him for money.She claims the owner is here father but don€™t be fooled there not related and he allows here to scam people.If you come to an agreement with here get it in writing because she will try to keep your money. She was never in the office she was always out of town in San Jose were she€™s from. She lets here children run wiled on the apartments as well as neighbors kids and she has family argument on plain view very unprofessional the police was there frequently they even know here by name. The worst part was the gun shootings, shots actually came inside my unit and almost killed me. Lots of shady things happen there I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.more ...hide ...
