The common room with a TV and Wi-Fi can only be accessed when the manager is present. Drugs, alcohol abuse, shady characters in the parking lot and fist fights are common here; smoking must be done off property as it's smoke-free. The rent for one bedroom should be income-based but someone earning less than $1000/month pays nearly $500/month. All of this combined with bad Buckingham management makes four stars a giant stretch of truth - research and talking to other tenants before considering putting elderly loved ones here is highly recommended!more ...hide ...

The place is quiet and nice Apartments are quite new and well designed The neighbors are pleasant and welcoming and there is a poolno hot tub though Convenience stores gas stations fast food as even a baskin robins nearby
