During the last meeting, the manager said we should anticipate news from Bridge Housing regarding the next step in about a month. However, after waiting for a period of ten months with no response, I received a letter in the mail that I was hoping would be the final call to sign the last documents and be able to get the keys, but instead it said: "We are presently processing your application for Ivy College Park. Nevertheless, there have been some changes in staff and we have not heard from you. To complete your file, you need to call the office and schedule an appointment to update your documents. Updated information will also be needed." Note that it never mentioned that I had been declined. Therefore, I wasted my time going to Ivy College Park to provide them with my information, only to have to begin the whole process over again. What do they mean they haven't heard from me? Am I supposed to guess when I should contact them? This is absolute nonsense.more ...hide ...
