I have been renting from Ernst and hass for over a year now. I feel there is a lack of representation for the black community they definelty made me feel uncomfortable and unheard when it come to complaints. I feel there is a lack of representation for the black community they definelty made me feel uncomfortable and unheard when it come to complaints. They have one person of color on there management site and she is never available. I have voiced complaints for lack of service and yet Im being ignored for the simplest of things. They respond to email but calling the office gives you a run around when you have a dispute. After the pandemic theyve waisted no time in raising the rent and even during the pandemic they hassle you for money . After reading the most recent reviews from the past 6 months clearly Im not the only one going threw this negligence of treatment. If your thinking of renting from them do your research and consider these reviews. This was my first apartment and I cant wait to move with a different management soon as Im able. Its good for a starter but not long termmore ...hide ...
