I have lived here since the apartments opened The rents go up every year Both buildings have roaches The property has rats There are no amenities The community room and computer room are only open MF from 8 am to 5 pm Never open evenings or weekendI have lived here since the apartments opened The rents go up every year Both buildings have roaches The property has rats There are no amenities The community room and computer room are only open MF from 8 am to 5 pm Never open evenings or weekends despite many requests by tenants to do so The FREE high speed internet every tenant is supposed to receive is slower than dial up used to be The elevators are always breaking down There are not enough parking spaces Some people have waited over a year to get a parking space It is supposed to be NonSmoking but they rent to smokers and employees smoke There have been four managers The current manager is mean to people especially women One woman he had been mean to had a stroke and died Her daughter was very upset over the treatment her mother received living here You are consistently told if you dont like the way things are to leave MANY people have done just that but not everyone can afford tomore ...hide ...
