I've resided here for almost 10 years. The manager is strict but she does far more than what is expected of her as a manager. When I was 11, my mom and I relocated here and I eventually moved out at 21. The flats are spotless, the outdoor areas are w I've resided here for almost 10 years. The flats are spotless, the outdoor areas are well-maintained, and the space is too cramped for young children to play in the courtyard. However, there is a pool at the rear of both complexes, a basketball court, and a sizeable area suitable for a game of soccer. It is on a bustling street and limited parking if you own more than two vehicles. From what I know, the utmost number of bedrooms and bathrooms a flat can have is three and two respectively. The manager only does what she is told by the owners; after all, she is just an employee trying to hold onto her job. The apartments are kept neat with white walls and carpeted floors in every room except the bathrooms and kitchen. If you have any health-related problems such as asthma, it is your legal right to be provided with tile-style flooring. To conclude, I want to provide as much information as possible.
