This is a great family community but I do have to say it is not elderly housing and doesnt have the same rules wish more of the elderly understood that And it isnt the land lords fault in any means but Patti has done an amazing job of keeping the ap This is a great family community but I do have to say it is not elderly housing and doesnt have the same rules wish more of the elderly understood that And it isnt the land lords fault in any means but Patti has done an amazing job of keeping the apartment complex and everyone living in it safe and I love and appreciate so many of the other tenants its all about family here and that means a lot cause that is rare in an apartment complex that is subsidized income she is loved and appreciated and special and doing an amazing job this is the best place I have ever lived in 17 yrs she is fair in all aspects more ... hide ...

We lived at Glenview almost 6 years Wonderful place to live The manager Patty was the best property manager ever Always attentive and quick to respond to any issues

If I were writing a review for Patty the property manager itd be 5 stars She is great at her job and very caring when it comes to the needs of her residentsnnHowever the ownership of this property does not seem to care about keeping the homes safe or If I were writing a review for Patty the property manager itd be 5 stars She is great at her job and very caring when it comes to the needs of her residentsnnHowever the ownership of this property does not seem to care about keeping the homes safe or in proper working condition I have had continued plumbing issues during the nearly 7 years Ive lived here the hot water in our master bathroom has not worked at all for several months meanwhile Im expected to pay my full months rent during this time Additionally the carpet is ripped with staples exposed the outlets in the master bedroom work intermittently and some of the windows arent properly sealed It is what it isnnI suppose its fine if youre not planning to stay here for a long amount of time but homes require maintenance to keep living quarters clean and safe Regular maintenance does not seem to be a priority to the owners of this complex more ... hide ...
