Ive lived here at Portola since they opened up these apartments Its been a little over four years now Scenery is beautiful Apartments are very nice The only problem is management I miss Jillian Lipscomb She always made us feel like a community We fel Ive lived here at Portola since they opened up these apartments Its been a little over four years now Scenery is beautiful Apartments are very nice The only problem is management I miss Jillian Lipscomb She always made us feel like a community We felt heard and welcomed She was funny nice and caring The staff today are cold not welcoming and seem not to care Maybe corona had something to do with that I dont know but it does not feel the same here The atmosphere is different I m dissapointed and it is kind of sad around here It doesnt feel welcoming anymore I hope it changes now that everything is opening up more ... hide ...
