2017-08-03T13:54:30ZTown and Country Village Apartments in San Diego used to be a very organized up kept property that had 247 security towing services maintenance services however since then I have to downgrade their rating due to new management that has recently taken Town and Country Village Apartments in San Diego used to be a very organized up kept property that had 247 security towing services maintenance services however since then I have to downgrade their rating due to new management that has recently taken over The before and after hours call center seem helpful when an issue arises but they dont deliver messages to the staff Our community has no idea of who the new manager is a point of contact for emergency situations nothing Unauthorized vehicles are taking over the residence parking areas but nothing is being done about it Security is never to be found especially after hours Maintenance arent getting our requests and the turn around time when they do takes a couple or three weeks Most of us tenants here care about our community and want resources and resolutions to these areas No one from management is taking responsibility for this property With the recent increase of rent Id figure Id get what Im paying for My recommendationsolution is to bring Ms Cecily Johnson back here to manage She kept this place in order more ... hide ...
