The people living there are diverse, kind, and lovely. Unfortunately, Terrie is not hospitable and does not hesitate to be hurtful to those who disagree with her. It would be beneficial if someone more deserving could manage the place instead. She needs to remember that she is not a deity. Google reviews may make the place look okay, but other review sites disclose many complaints from various people over the years. Contacting the VOA Corporate office may help.more ...hide ...

I am very unpleased with this complex. They have construction/landscaping crews here daily (what they are fixing-not sure). The pool has been under construction for months with no signs of progress. IM AMAZED HOW I CAN SMELL AND TASTE THE CHEMICALS THAT ARE LEAKING IN THE AIR OUT OF VARIOUS BUILDINGS. ITS SAD THAT MOST PEOPLE SEEM TO NOT HOLD ANY KNOWLEDGE INVOLVING FIXING THEM PROBLEMS.
