This building is downtown and therefore has an inherent rat problemnThe management will laugh at you if you ask them for help with ratsnn4 to wash dry one load of laundry Washers break down monthly with nasty lint and dog hairnnDishwashers are not aThis building is downtown and therefore has an inherent rat problemnThe management will laugh at you if you ask them for help with ratsnn4 to wash dry one load of laundry Washers break down monthly with nasty lint and dog hairnnDishwashers are not adequate have to hand scrub dishesnnManagement is a nightmare to deal with Just left this place after living here for almost 4 years I wouldnt recommend to anyone Mainly because of the unprofessionalism and rudeness I experienced here from landlady Christa Constant pushback on maintenance requests She does a great job of telling you exactly what you want to hearnnSpecifically I was lied to about my blinds being fixed for an entire year I moved out without them being fixednnThey then charged me to renovate the unit plus took the deposit of 650 They happily renovated the unit but not until we moved out While I lived there I couldnt get the time of day for my heat blinds you name it without having to fight about it Its a guarantee that your heat will go out in the winter and air conditioner in the summernnI was told to use a space heater in January and that there was no possible way my heat could be broken even though the temperature was 52 degrees in my living room It took the whole floor complaining for them to bring in a qualified mechanicnnYou would think in a 150 year old building they would expect a lot of maintenance Not here you have to state your case to get management to consider fixing itnnAdditionally once Christa found out I was moving she moved my mailbox early I spent the last 30 days in this building confused as to why I couldnt receive mail She then walked through apartment without my permission before lease was up She left the lights and heat onnI paid for thatnTechnically Illegal but she is an inherent rule breaker so I am not surprisednnDont forget she lives on the 4th floor Most of the residents fear retaliation so they stay in their place This is a person who is power hungry and knows that the management above her will do nothing to keep her squarennChrista was unprofessional enough to make nasty comments on my clothing in front of her friendsnnPlease save yourself the time suffering and money by not moving heremore ...hide ...

I am very unpleased with this complex. They have construction/landscaping crews here daily (what they are fixing-not sure). The pool has been under construction for months with no signs of progress. IM AMAZED HOW I CAN SMELL AND TASTE THE CHEMICALS THAT ARE LEAKING IN THE AIR OUT OF VARIOUS BUILDINGS. ITS SAD THAT MOST PEOPLE SEEM TO NOT HOLD ANY KNOWLEDGE INVOLVING FIXING THEM PROBLEMS.
