If you are looking for an area that is not overpopulated and has some excellent features, this is a great option.PROS:- Rooms and living room have plenty of space, 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings is even larger- Air conditioning, heating, and fireplace work well- Incredible views of the mountains and close to Red Rocks- Maintenance team is prompt and amicable when asked for assistance. They are careful about social distancing.- Near public transportation, which was invaluable when I didn't have a vehicle and had to go downtown- No bugs, not even ants- Accessible to highways, eateries, retail outlets, parks, and hiking trails, which I love- Moving in and out is simple and straightforward. Just need pay stubs and background check without any additional fees.- Abundant natural light for plants- Attractive and well-maintained lawnsCONS:- Sunshine from the mountainside can be too bright in the afternoons- Can detect cigarette smoke from neighboring patios when outside. Previous occupants were wonderful but the current ones are noisy.- Street racing on Wadsworth in the summertime- Pet rent is $35 per month, which is typical but I do not agree with it being the norm in any apartment- No online portal. Need to call, email, or go tomore ...hide ...

She is very knowledgeable and helpful and the property is gorgeous and peaceful. I dont think I will be able to move into an apartment since my boyfriend and I own 6 vehicles, but if I was able to I would definitely come to this place because of its location and the spectacular experience Melissa in the leasing office provided. Although she has just started working at this location you can tell she has a passion for what she does and takes pride in her job. This place rocks!more ...hide ...
