The front office prioritizes following the lease to the letter, rather than doing what is right and exhibiting any kind of courtesy. When a pipe leak damaged a rug that wasn't worth filing an insurance claim for, they offered no compensation. Security is also very poor, as they partner with a security company that only does sporadic patrols and has slow response times. Management also fails to communicate when incidents occur; for instance, they didn't inform the residents when someone with a firearm was arrested in the back alley for trespassing in the garage. The alley also attracts individuals who use drugs. Lastly, the utility bills are very expensive, since the building uses an independent and unregulated gas company who can charge higher rates when demand is high. As a result of the winter storms in Texas, my gas bills for March and April were over $300, and the prices were still high during the summer. AWFUL Ive lived in the apartment since December 2020 and every single month Ive had to ask for the construction workers that are building the structure next to us to get off my roof I work remote and Ive had to leave everyday because of it They look AWFUL Ive lived in the apartment since December 2020 and every single month Ive had to ask for the construction workers that are building the structure next to us to get off my roof I work remote and Ive had to leave everyday because of it They look through my windows my skylights and are constantly droppingbuildingwalkingdragging things across my roof from 8AM until the evening Its one thing to be living next to construction its another to have the construction on your apartment when youre building is not the one being renovated Ive asked several times for help Instead they suggest that I use a different conference room to work in thats not even public 247 and leave my own apartment that I pay to live in I have several videos photos and messages to prove this Ive been completely understanding that construction needs to be had but it doesnt need to be done within my apartment Amazing lofts but worse services ever more ... hide ...
