I Have been living here 18 months and I love it here Our management team Justin and keyrsten have been the best landlords Ive had they do truly care about their tenants They take beautiful care of this properties I am fortunate enough to live in the I Have been living here 18 months and I love it here Our management team Justin and keyrsten have been the best landlords Ive had they do truly care about their tenants They take beautiful care of this properties I am fortunate enough to live in the big building thats a brownstone in a little cute studio apartment this place is kept very nice and clean I loved it our laundry facility is right on the basement floor they keep this place free of the criminal element the neighbors are all very quiet and nice all about my age theyre whole family familyanbrings a little Christmas gift by your door at Christmas time They do all of this as they raise toddlers They are such a nice family and I hope I can call this my home for a long time It feels like home already Ive never had any place I love this much I just want to thank them for being so special and congratulate them on their new baby more ... hide ...

Management lies and does not keep up on maintenance I had to fix the closet myself after several requests and them setting up times but never showing They also started to make up stories about a person I would have over that hed steal things when no Management lies and does not keep up on maintenance I had to fix the closet myself after several requests and them setting up times but never showing They also started to make up stories about a person I would have over that hed steal things when no proof was given even after they said they would supply it Based on this I didnt want them to make up stories just to dictate who I could have over so I asked if I could leave the place early without any extra fees and Justin told me yes that was fine but as soon as all my stuff was moved out he told me that I was responsible for rent until the unit was rerented If you plan on renting from this company best advice is to get everything documented or recorded when talking to them and dont count on your unit being kept up to date more ... hide ...

I love my apartment it was the biggest nicest apartment at the most affordable rent I could find Two years later I still love my apartment my only complaint would be that weve had two bikes stolen from the bike rack outside right after one another So I love my apartment it was the biggest nicest apartment at the most affordable rent I could find Two years later I still love my apartment my only complaint would be that weve had two bikes stolen from the bike rack outside right after one another So we wouldnt recommend leaving your bike outside or doors unlocked to your cars Its not the residents its the vagrants that steal bikes not just here but all over town Most of my neighbors are very nice a few are eccentric but completely harmless Nice apartment manager and reliable maintenance staff Overall very happy to live here more ... hide ...
