Being a single mom with no help financially, I was grateful for the cheap rent and a chance to get back on my feet. However, there was almost never anyone in the office when I needed assistance. When I turned in my notice to move (60 days in advance) they had lost the paperwork with my forwarding address for my deposit and asked me 3 weeks later for it again. It wasn't until close to two months later that I finally got my check after having to drive to the office and wait an hour because they wouldn't mail it again despite having the correct address before. The only positive about this place is its price; however, if you can afford an extra $200 per month--which is not a lot--go somewhere else! To their credit, staff have always been friendly but management needs to pay adequately for more help as apartments are not THAT discounted for what you get considering what you pay. Repairs also take forever; missing covers for cabinets throughout lease and took 3 days just to fix water leak through ceiling! Also be aware that between April-September every year it gets extremely hot!more ...hide ...

It seems recently there a lot of issue that are not addressed.Food place in walking distance, bus line, rail station, a couple of stores in walking distance if the hoofy breaks down.As to bug issues, that apt maintenance issue but also neighbors, a building can have little to none if everyone is clean, and that the main issue. Same for mice. Once you get mice in that size of the building they have to fumigate the entire building at once for a week or so. That means everyone out. My concern will be the rent for such small square feet.Only did the 1 star cause it demands itmore ...hide ...

A picture says a thousand words. Wouldnt it be nice if all residents abide by their lease and not move in unauthorized occupants as well as unauthorized \"animals?\"Every resident signs a lease where it specifically states what the resident needs to do and what the Landlord is required to do.Based on this please do your own investigation when deciding where to live. The section 8 project based housing program is a wonderful program to help families get back on their feet. Residents rent is based on 30% of the familys income.more ...hide ...
I went in to see about housing for my brother. This is a very clean and beautiful place. Well kept on the inside and out. The staff is very cordial & there is parking for the staff, residents and guests. *****5 Star*****
