this was my first apartment i lived in and the staff as well as the apartment itself was amazing they even had a drop box for ur rent if u missed there office hrs
We lived at this apartment for nearly three years The apartment itself was great However external factors require me to give it a low rating First if you get an apartment on the Timberline side expect a lot of noise from the street going late into thWe lived at this apartment for nearly three years The apartment itself was great However external factors require me to give it a low rating First if you get an apartment on the Timberline side expect a lot of noise from the street going late into the night Second the staff is not there to help you only to make more money in shady ways For example after moving out they claimed damage to carpet but wouldnt provide pictures of damage They wouldnt even answer phone calls to inquire about the final bill In fact various times the leasing agent would ask the manger if they wanted to take the our call and we could hear the manager in the background say No tell them Im not here Totally unprofessional on all levels In addition to slow maintenance turnarounds they also broke a set of blinds while putting in a new window of course we had to pay for that on move out too Just be aware of the unprofessional staff if you plan on living heremore ...hide ...
