A few months back, we thought these apartments would be nice. The photos looked good and the price was better than other places nearby. Unfortunately, the lock, closet door, towel racks, and mail lock are all broken. The laundry facility is also not functioning properly - it is difficult to dry clothes. When we first moved in, the property manager was not helpful in providing information on the dumpsters, gym hours, and how the laundry works (you need to get a money card). The gym equipment is broken and has remained that way for a long time, even though the property manager is aware of the issue. (1/5 stars)more ...hide ...

Im enjoying my time very much here so far i have nothing to complain about and we made a work order requestand it got done right away Nothing but positive things from my time here
We had conflict with another resident and instead of resolving the situation they intentionally made it worse in so many ways This isnt the only thing we havent been taken care of for a while now Disappointing to say the least

When I arrived to COS I was worried because the waiting lists everywhere from 3-4 months. So I decided that the first available will be my option. I came here and I was without looking at my apartment when can I sign the contract. Nor knowing if I would regret my decision withing the first couple of days. To my beautiful surprise Im happy Im here. My one bedroom apartment has everything I need. Its spacious and everything works and it was not nasty when I moved in. The management is great and always with a positive attitude. Makes it easy to talk to them. Overall great place affordable living....amenities are good and the pet friendly areas help all the residents be happy with their doggies!!more ...hide ...

My wife and I just moved here in February so far we love it, it€™s a very quiet complex which we enjoy and very close to base for work. The staff was very helpful during the process of moving in and paperwork. I€™ve seen lots of reviews about burglary which was nerve racking for us because we have a one year old but we haven€™t experienced anything bad happen to us or our property. We feel very safe here. The apartment is very nice and comfortable for our living but I think we pay way to much in rent for appliances that could be a little more up to date for example the dishwasher. Other than that we have not had any problems and looking forward to renewing our lease next year!more ...hide ...
