Well, recently they made some improvements here, but they were only cosmetic. For example, they put up new light fixtures in the restroom. This only works to the advantage of the property holder, since the wattage is very low and the fixture is supposed to last a decade without any maintenance requirements. That is great for saving money, however the lights are so dim that I find myself cutting myself while shaving over and over. If this continues, I'll be on my way to the ER looking like chopped liver. Ha ha. Another money saving step was installing aerators in the faucet to reduce water waste. That is great for saving the owner money since the renters don't pay the water bill. But there's barely any water pressure, so it's hard to clean my toothbrush, and so on. There are more, but I don't want to bore you with my complaints. They have nice looking replacements for the cabinets, but they are hollow and have thick dividers, so I can't store as much stuff as I used to, despite the extra cabinetry. What do you know? The renovations were only made to attract new investors and new tenants. They're in for a surprise, let me tell you. Let me out of here. more ... hide ...
