About 1.5 months ago, the office manager left and since then, we are uncertain about what is happening. I enjoyed my apartment and still do. But now, the management, whoever that may be, is taking away the few amenities we had. Two nice chairs and a small table that was near the entrance have been moved to another spot, making the lobby uninviting. The fridge and microwave from the social room have been taken away. I heard that the chairs on the patio will be removed too, which is the only way some of the older tenants can get sunlight or go outside. I am concerned that this might lead to depression. Furthermore, our assigned parking has been altered to general admission, making it difficult for handicapped people needing oxygen to walk further. When you enter the front door, it looks like a sterile environment. Moreover, the men and women's restrooms that were near the corner have been changed to unisex and staff only. This makes us feel unimportant and perhaps unwanted. We thought that we would have the opportunity to be involved in these decisions, especially in regards to the patio chairs. We have complied with all of the requests, so we deserve to be informed and if needed, to have city council meetings.more ...hide ...

Only problem is the tenants, EVERYONE slams their front doors, they run up and down the stairs. Weve even asked them to just keep it down a bit, even have had to make noise complaints , nothings changed. So if you want to live on the ground floor Id go ahead and rethink that. I understand these are apartments and noise is bound to happen but its like these people go out of their way to be loud. People suck.more ...hide ...
