I am extremely disappointed with the way this apartment complex handles visitors and their readiness to vandalize vehicles without prior notice. I had a pal who resided here who occasionally took care of my kids for me. On one day, I drove to pick up I am extremely disappointed with the way this apartment complex handles visitors and their readiness to vandalize vehicles without prior notice. I had a pal who resided here who occasionally took care of my kids for me. On one day, I drove to pick up my kids, and since there was no available parking, I parked parallel to a loading ramp built into the front sidewalk, making sure to not impede traffic. I left my car for about five minutes to get my children. When I came back, I saw the maintenance crew vandalizing my vehicle by affixing a big red sticker on the driver-side window. They even threatened to call a tow truck to take away my car even though there was no sign indicating that I was not supposed to park in that particular spot. This also disregards the fact that people utilize the ramp constantly to unload their moving trucks for much longer durations. After defacing my car, they had the nerve to adopt a blaming attitude and lecture me about my out-of-date sticker as if it were any of their concern. If they treat visitors with such disrespect, I can only imagine what tenants have to deal with. more ... hide ...

Management here is rude they pick and choose which residents they uphold policies for or dont They charge for items or services that are definitely not on the lease They have bad service any time you speak with any of them in the office They are negl Management here is rude they pick and choose which residents they uphold policies for or dont They charge for items or services that are definitely not on the lease They have bad service any time you speak with any of them in the office They are negligent of what is actually in the leases they are having future residents sign and then try to enforce policies stating theyre in the lease when they are not They do nothing to stop the residents that harass other residents There should not be a neighbor taking pictures of me daily doing anything from parking my vehicle to walking my dog And this neighbor does this daily That is harrassmentnI really do not recommend living here If you want a loving peaceful awesome community to live in Steer way way way clear of this apartment complex more ... hide ...
