Maintenance requests can be filled online and are usually attended to within a few days. I once called at 3AM for an urgent matter and they arrived within an hour. They will email for any minor issue and have an excellent system in place. Karen the manager is professional and Rick, the main handyman is reliable. They are both very pleasant. There has never been a problem with the packaging before and storage space is available on the premises. The fire alarm system functions well; one of the neighbors' homes caught fire at 3am and someone kicked the door open and saved her, as she had left a pan on the stove. All of the complex was evacuated due to the alert from the fire alarm.
Cons: Bicycles stored in the fob-access gated car park have been known to be stolen, although there have been no broken car windows. A homeless man once got into the trash room but he could not get further as there are fob doors after fob doors. The presence of homeless people is a challenge common to downtown areas, yet overall the complex does a good job in handling the situation. There is no swimming pool and the gym is quite small. The walls are thin and this caused an uproar from the downstairs neighbor.more ...hide ...

The pool has been under construction for months with no signs of progress. Hopefully, that gets open sometime this summer. Both elevators are currently broken as well so its stairs or bust. And to top the list- they will be replacing our apartment sprinkler system this morning. Our entire apartment works from home so that should be nice and convenient. 10/10 would not recommend.more ...hide ...
