Hey I love it here The rent is high yes but it is a great place to live The entire area of wash park and platt park is high in rent anyway I was paying 1850 plus utilities for a tiny studio across the street The last person said that they charged alm Hey I love it here The rent is high yes but it is a great place to live The entire area of wash park and platt park is high in rent anyway I was paying 1850 plus utilities for a tiny studio across the street The last person said that they charged almost 3000 for the 2 bedroom layout but if you work with them they can get you a good deal I recommend living here over trying to rent at the big apartment complexes bc the office staff are super helpful and nice and the townhouses are in a great location and have AMAZING insulation heat bill is so low Theyre always working to keep the property clean and up to date Awesome job Platt Park Townhouses I enjoy having my home here and dont mind paying a bit more for it more ... hide ...
