Just got here after coming in 3 times to apply finally they get me in and half way through say that the appartment is taken Probably because were white only explanation I can come up with This place is a joke

Slum apartments at luxury prices!I recently moved out of this dump after they raised the rent $200! When i asked why it was going up when nothing was updated, all they could tell me was it was market value!My patio door has been an issue since day one, and all they ever did was promise to replace it. It never happened! It was the original door from when they built the place! The door was hard to open, the screen never closed properly and it was extremely drafty! Winter sucked in that place! My heating bill was over $90 even when though i kept the heat at 64, and that wasnt by choice!My patio would flood after it rained b/c there were 2 down spouts right outside my gate. In the winter it was an ice rink for the same reason.They always promised they were working on it!Just recently moved out and wanted to be there for the walk thorough. Set a date and time and they never showed up. I was in my lunch hour and couldnt wait all day! And they rarely answer their phone or call back when you leave a message!Dont rent from them!more ...hide ...
