I put in a request for a new AC unit (or to have the old one currently in my apartment refurbished) a month ago. Last week, I went into the office to ask about the status of the work order I placed via email. I was told that they just got a BUNCH of new AC units in, and that I should be getting mine replaced either that day (Wednesday) or the following day. This morning I wake up to an email asking how satisfactory the work done was. NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE. Its currently 90 in my apartment with the curtains drawn and the AC running for a full day.Not to mention the busted outer doors to my apartment building. Or the graffiti.more ...hide ...
