The laundry room is appalling – the floor is littered with lint, dryer sheets, detergent, and lone socks and underwear! Plus, there's no coin machine to do your laundry, and they only accept quarters. Requesting help from maintenance is a dead end; they either ignore it or make it worse. For instance, I asked them to fix my toilet water running, and they initially didn't respond. When they did, they stopped the running water, but also the flushing and caused a leak that damaged the items underneath my sink. The shower temperature is also not consistent; it can go from heavenly to hellish in a second. I already asked for help with this issue, but it's like they didn't even hear. The hallways are always stinky, and the building is not even handicap-accessible since you have to take stairs to reach the elevator. The staff is also not good about replying to inquiries. We've renewed our lease three times, but the monthly rent has still gone up by $500, yet there are no updates to the building. It's not worth what you're paying for.more ...hide ...

The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful€”it is clean, spacious, and more than I could have asked for in a working- and- living-from-home space. The community itself offers wonderful amenities that are maintained pristinely. Jamie in particular has made the move-in process absolutely seamless. She is attentive, responsive, caring, and professional. It is evident that a lot of care is put into maintaining this apartment complex. And my neighbors have been so warm and welcoming! Thank you, Habitat!more ...hide ...
