Juanita Nolasco Residences is very peaceful, secure, and neighborly. It has lots of recreational options, such as a common room with books, board games, and puzzles, plus a movie day where you can watch a movie with your neighbors. There are also some outdoor picnic tables where you can talk to other people or bask in the sunshine. Furthermore, they also have a fitness center to stay in shape. The personnel and maintenance personnel at Juanita Nolasco Residences are invariably amicable, empathetic, productive, and effective when handling any inquiries or difficulties. Most of the staff here are the best of the three dwellings I have lived in since 2000. Even though the vicinity is somewhat dull and nothing is within walking distance, the only good thing is that there is a RTD #9 bus stop just outside the building. This zone is relatively safe for strolling or going to the park which is a few blocks away. I would rate my experience at Juanita Nolasco Residences 8.5/10 and the district and safety 7.5/10. more ... hide ...
