I really enjoy living at Phoenix on the Fax. It's comfortable, with forced air and heat, and has a new property manager, Betsey, who is warm and welcoming. I appreciate that she communicates her concerns in a constructive way, without seeming pushy. However, I do sense that she would be all business if her concerns were not addressed. With Paul, the primary maintenance staffer, on hand, the property is well-maintained. If he can't fix your problem right away, he will tell you when he will and it will be professionally done. Paul is very friendly and approachable, and I enjoy running into him in the common area or while I'm working in my apartment. The only downside to Phoenix on the Fax is that it's located on Colfax Avenue, which is notorious for its traffic noise. However, its location is excellent, as it's centrally located in the greater Denver area and its suburbs. The kitchen lacks some storage space, but it's overall a great place to live. more ... hide ...

Ive lived at Phoenix On The Fax since 2012 Weve had 3 building managers in that time and I can easily say that Vera Medina is the best weve had By farnA lot of us feel like we finally actually have a building manager for the first time She has brough Ive lived at Phoenix On The Fax since 2012 Weve had 3 building managers in that time and I can easily say that Vera Medina is the best weve had By farnA lot of us feel like we finally actually have a building manager for the first time She has brought in weekly housekeeping and enforces the rules and codes of conduct to maintain a safe clean living space for all of usnnPrevious managers were either never on site or didnt enforce the rules I think the lackadaisical management style of the past is being held against Vera but I hope she knows that A LOT of us really appreciate her efforts and notice a big change for the better in the buildingnnJames our maintenance man has been here for a long time and comes to the building on his days off to take care of snow or other property issues Hes a perfectionist and a hard workernnI think they make a great teamnThank you both for all you do more ... hide ...
