I contacted the office when I spotted a bedbug in the bathroom and sent them pictures, but they never responded. A month later, a snowstorm caused the ceiling to leak and I called the emergency number for help. When the maintenance man arrived, he used my bathroom, changed the locks without informing me, and left a mess behind. Trying to cancel my lease took more than two months due to their unresponsiveness. To top it off, they towed my car one night without cause and I had to pay $380 to retrieve it. This property is undoubtedly the worst to live in.more ...hide ...
