I would strongly advise against living here! I've been a resident here for less than a year and I can't stand it. The neighbors don't keep to themselves, and the manager expects us to sign an "Anti Bullying Policy" but dI would strongly advise against living here! Andy and Christina are great property managers! Really safe and friendly community. Close to everything you need. The few things that needed to be fixed were done super quick. Gret place to live!
We have lived here for a very long period of time and have come to call this place home. We have never felt so safe since we moved here and the sheer beauty of Longs Peak in the backgroud. But the wind in the winter in the back of the campus does get very cold & windy. But you get to see an awesome sunset each and every night.
