The front desk staff and management have really surpassed our goals, and take care of all matters with the highest level of professionalism. Kristin and Sarah are the best management pair Highland Property Management Inc can hire. However, the genuine appreciation should be given to the remarkable maintenance team. This maintenance team is like no other, friendly, timely, and professional. These men are very knowledgeable and go out of their way for the inhabitants who live here. This is our first apartment where we appreciate having maintenance come for routine assessments. With new apartment complexes it is expected to have some difficulties with the operation of some appliances, or plumbing, or even other occupants, but this team at Centennial Park Apartments takes care of everything efficiently. It is no wonder there is a waiting list. The only downside to these apartments is the prohibition of grills. Fortunately there is a large communal grill that the staff keeps clean and well-maintained. And did I mention they love furry friends, which is a great bonus.
