Horrible management they will screw you over and they never keep track of rent the washers and dryers that you have to pay for dont work half the time and you can guarantee you wont get your security deposit back DO NOT RENT HERE

A week prior, we had conducted a yearly walk-through, replacing batteries and all filters. Despite being informed that they could enter my apartment without warning whenever they wanted, I still gave my thirty-day notice that I wouldn't be renewing my lease. Upon moving out, my walk-through went well and I was told I'd receive my deposit within thirty days. After forty days, I went to the office to inquire about my deposit only to discover that the apartments were now under new management and the lady in the office had no records of me or my lease. She said I wouldn't be getting my deposit back, and gave me a number for the former management, who no longer worked there. I came here to apply last year and brought all the info they needed including 2 reg pay paychecks and 2 that showed the overtime i was working to move I by passed 2 apartments because I this one was closer to work for me and the staff submitted incor I came here to apply last year and brought all the info they needed including 2 reg pay paychecks and 2 that showed the overtime i was working to move I by passed 2 apartments because I this one was closer to work for me and the staff submitted incorrect info as far as income even with the verification from my employer that showed I met the requirement and pegged me as making too much I lost my spot for the other 2 apartments because I was told before this by maple terrace new staff that i was approved and was coming to sign a lease so disappointed in the experience of the whole situation and would not recommend them to anyone more ... hide ...
