They are nearly impossible to contact and did not reach out when I had an appointment scheduled

After waiting in the emergency room of Hartford Hospital I had an ultrasound done and was most likely read by a radiologist employed by Jefferson Radiology I received a bill with false information stating that I had a transvaginal ultrasound complete After waiting in the emergency room of Hartford Hospital I had an ultrasound done and was most likely read by a radiologist employed by Jefferson Radiology I received a bill with false information stating that I had a transvaginal ultrasound completed when I did not have this procedure performed I had an abdominal ultrasound completed above the abdominal wall I have called three times to have this fee adjusted As the patient you should trust when they say that they did not have a transducer placed inside them This is a very frustrating matter and I think that shows that Jefferson Radiology should have never sold to Mednex VERY POOR CUSTOMERPATIENT SERVICES since the transaction between companies more ... hide ...
