My step father moved into this building almost three years He is legally blind and receives disability making him not only elderly but also disabledHe is also Hispanic and doesnt speak english very well The management in this building has been trying My step father moved into this building almost three years He is legally blind and receives disability making him not only elderly but also disabledHe is also Hispanic and doesnt speak english very well The management in this building has been trying to bully scare and discriminate against him after his first month of moving in When he moved in he was never issued a lease only a paper showing how they determined his security deposit and monthly rent Maintance has been caught going threw his belongings and entering without notice to my father There was only one instance where a pipe burst inside his apartment and maintance had to enter under the fact it was an emergencythe apartment was left flooded with water all over the carpet which caused a smell so horrible he called the office and they told him to rent a hotel till it dried and smell was gone instead of sucking up the water and maintancing the correct way they put a humidifier on the floor and he literally had to rent a rug doctor himself and suck up the water and clean the carpet on his own on top of finding a place to stay for a few daysmanagement allows vebding machines owned by a Bruce Anglmen this man is selling bad milk he doesnt clean machines or maintain maintance on the machines they take your money and only once in awhile give you your purchase because they are getting stuck If u ask me thats theft not to mention the machines have mold inside and leak water which is destroying carpet Recently while visiting my father I purchased sour expired milk so I called the number bruce left on machine which happens to be a cell phone told him of inncodent with milk and I was called a liar and yelled at so I hung up next thing I know hes there screaming in my face and nose to nose with meall over MILK after being yelled at I started to video tape his behavior as I was calling police and while waiting for cops another elderly woman approached Bruce about the milk apparently she purchased an expired sour milk the day before meDonna Brown whom is apart of management was caught talking about my father to other tenants and the vending machine person he said it to my father on video Donna Brown was telling people my father was selling drugs out of his apartment when if that were the situation he sure wouldnt need to live in low income hud housing she violated his privacy and commited deformation of character I have other tenants whom signed petitions and written letters of their expierences as well as witnesses letterswe had to install small cameras inside the apartment and have video footage of maintaince just entering the apartment without notice and looking threw his belongings something needs to be done these are elderly and disabled people being taken advatge of and im not gunna stop until these people get the treatment they deserve more ... hide ...
