I have been calling for two months, yet they never respond. I took the risk of travelling there from another state and when I met the manager, she said they were closed, it was only a bit after 4pm. The website claims there are 3-4 bedroom places available, yet no one ever answers the phone and the operator only takes down my name then says they will forward it to the leasing office, yet there is never a call back. I have been doing this for two months. When you talk to the receptionist, she speaks so quickly that you cannot comprehend her at first. I have searched the site to see if there is anyone we can complain to at a higher level, yet there isn't. My friend who lives there is content, but we only wish for a secure, comfortable and desirable home for our family. Please return calls, families rely on you and other leasing departments for a safe home.more ...hide ...
