They give you an apartment with already broken appliances then once you move out they charge you for the things being \"broken\" I had to pay for a stove that had one burner not working the These people are money hungry. So much for an apartment complex that is suppose to \"help people\". They raise rent whenever they think you are making too much. This is the absolute WORSE apartment complex ever. People have dogs and do not get in trouble if they pay a little extra under the table. The recepcienist are rude and talk on the phones as long as they want until they feel like taking care of you.
