I used to Live in Rippowam at first I thought I found a house of my dreams but then it turned into a complete nightmare when I needed something to be fixed or something to be done it was never done properly I had to wait for weeks on after I had to p I used to Live in Rippowam at first I thought I found a house of my dreams but then it turned into a complete nightmare when I needed something to be fixed or something to be done it was never done properly I had to wait for weeks on after I had to put up with the conditions that my apartment was in for almost a wholebefore I even moved out As for the conditions in my apartment I had to get help I had to go to the Department of health to help reinforce what it is that they are supposed to do in Termsnof fixing up the apartments My apartment was a health hazard The maintenance team never did anything they used to lie all the time and until this day They still be lying especially the manager named Neva She has lied to me numerous times to the point where my daughter got sick from the apartment and ended up in Connecticut hospital I have contacted the Florida office no one has done anything at 133A Connecticut Avenue that was my worst nightmare ever I proceeded to move out and make sure my house is clean which I have pictures of and a video of my house being clean my rent was paid up to date every month on time all the way up until January she still puts on my credit report that I owe them 254 so when I called them to Inquire about the money they wanted to play little games until I told them that I was going call the Florida office now all of a sudden Neva is available to talk and etcSo I told her just to make sure it was clear even though she knew what was going on what she had done what had she put on my credit report so she told me that she was going to take it off and until this day it is still on there so I asked her what do I owe you 254 for she couldnt even answer my rent was always paid The house is clean when I left there was so much unprofessionalism I called them told them when I was moving out they never even came to do a walkthrough with me oh I almost for Forgot the best part of it all Im gonna report them to the BBB To be investigated Just because she is a manager she takes a Advantage of her position more ... hide ...
