Senior and disabled housing complex Mother lived here for over16 years Not once was her place painted or carpeting changed After a severe bedbug infestation roaches coming in through the heating vents and a brief hospitalization We contacted manageme Senior and disabled housing complex Mother lived here for over16 years Not once was her place painted or carpeting changed After a severe bedbug infestation roaches coming in through the heating vents and a brief hospitalization We contacted management only to be advised they will only be able to fumigate and thats all But the problem is coming from other apartments that are not being fumigated I was told if they pulled the carpeting my mother would be billed for a new one management company out of Yonkers New York dose not return calls Only after threatening to go legal did we get the security deposit refunded Tenants are not allowed to sit on the furniture in the main lobby The only security guard in places was let go and the tenants whom are elderly andor disabled are expected to throw the trash into dumpsters located in the back of the building more ... hide ...
