There are TWO elevators there and the tenants have been dealing with only ONE working for MONTHS! Many tenants are of course elderly and many in wheelchairs. So now you have only one working elevator in a time where the COVID cases are once again going up in New London County - this means that people are no longer able to wait for the NEXT elevator. So you have several people all in the elevator at the same time - and some are not wearing masks. The office has stated that there is major work that needs to be done and it will take a LONG TIME to fix. REALLY? that is the response? Totally unprofessional and this is now how a Senior Housing facility is run. Not acceptable!more ...hide ...
