In my letter to the corporate office, I described the horrible living situation at Wardman Court apartments. The carpet was covered with stains, mold and mildew, which caused me respiratory issues and skin irritation. When this was brought up to the office they only changed one part of it- due to a flood in the laundry room- but failed to change other areas. There were also mice due to people leaving trash outside of the shut instead of disposing of it properly in there. Additionally, I mentioned that homeless people were sleeping in the hallway and I felt unsafe when leaving early in the morning as security wasn't present. Despite bringing these issues up with Mr. White, nothing was done for seven months leading me to decide to move out from this unsanitary apartment.more ...hide ...

This place is not good at all!!! Been waiting almost a year for my elderly mothers equipment and not even a call or status report or any communication whatsoever.
