I have been living in Henson Ridge since May 2017 and it is, by far, the most awful place I have ever resided in. It appears as if they change their management team every year, and it just gets increasingly worse and more unprofessional. It appears as if they change their management team every year, and it just gets increasingly worse and more unprofessional. They rarely answer their phones, and when I request for repairs to be done around my place (dryer, refrigerator, garbage disposal, light switch not working), they state it is a maintenance issue and they are unable to help me. After giving my phone number they say they will call me back but they never do. I have been wanting to move since the moment I arrived. I would never suggest this place to anyone. I am not sure who they are hiring because they are not placing the right people in these jobs. I pay my rent in full and on time each month, yet it appears I still can't get a response. When asking for a higher up in management, they don't even know the phone number. They can be awfully impolite on the phone when attempting to gain answers as to why things aren't getting done. They say it is due to Covid, however, the majority of my unresolved tickets were before Covid and they have nothing to say. DO NOT GO TO HENSON RIDGE TOWNHOMES. more ... hide ...
