I have been living here since 2018 and have witnessed SEVERAL new management companies take over and each time it gets WORST They barely answer the phone and always close I have completed the same recertification packet SEVERAL times and nobody can I have been living here since 2018 and have witnessed SEVERAL new management companies take over and each time it gets WORST They barely answer the phone and always close I have completed the same recertification packet SEVERAL times and nobody can explain what happened to my documents I have yet to have my light FIX in my closet due to electrical issues per maintenance I had my rent RAISED in the middle of a PANDEMIC and have yet to receive a updated LEDGER to say I dont OWE a balance but according to the rental app I do OWE a balance Now I have to get DC tags in order to stay on the property and will be issued a 30 day temp sticker and when that expire I have to PARK on the main road No visitor parking and no visitors pass 10pm My mailbox have been broke for more than 3 months and NOBODY informed me my mail was on hold at the post office Move in at your riskmore ...hide ...
