I stayed in this apartment for a little more than one year from 2019-2020 and enjoyed it, especially the management/front office staff. The room itself was good, but on Creek Drive, the neighbors were troublesome. The room itself was good, but on Creek Drive, the neighbors were troublesome. There were people out in the parking lot after midnight talking loudly and playing rap music. This prompted me to move due to two incidents of criminal activity nearby. Plus, despite maintenance's attempts to maintain cleanliness, garbage littered the lot and dumpsters overflowed. One night I drove over a bottle of liquor (evidenced by my tire smelling like it afterwards), bursting my tire. So overall I recommend this place based on its facilities and personnel; it's also conveniently located near amenities in South Grand Rapids/Kentwood and fairly priced too. However, if possible request a unit near the main office as that area is tidier, calmer plus there's a residential neighborhood abutting Wingate Drive which contributes to security and accountability for residents there too. more ... hide ...

they try to scam you of everything and they lie about damages so make sure you take before after pictures
