I found the front desk staff to be unfriendly All other staff were incredibly helpful and responsive The room was just okay no mattress covers residue on the bathroom mirrors and we also had a broken window which brought in a ton of cold air The loca I found the front desk staff to be unfriendly All other staff were incredibly helpful and responsive The room was just okay no mattress covers residue on the bathroom mirrors and we also had a broken window which brought in a ton of cold air The location was okay Cabs for some reason could not locate the entrance of this hotel They also charge an amenity fee per night whether you use their amenities or not I will definitely be staying elsewhere when I return to the Chicago area more ... hide ...

I checked in around 5 yesterday and the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable but unfortunately the rooms were really close together and small but nice Me and my daughter was sleeping in the room when HOUSEKEEPING decided to open the door and I checked in around 5 yesterday and the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable but unfortunately the rooms were really close together and small but nice Me and my daughter was sleeping in the room when HOUSEKEEPING decided to open the door and come in which I dont understand why because my check out is Sunday it was rather scary now how are we supposed to feel safe gladly the top latch was on so they didnt come all the way in I guess the communication was lost on when I was checking out but its still no excuse for someone walking into my room on me and my daughter Hopefully this issue wont happen again and it gets resolved more ... hide ...
