2019-06-16T12:31:05ZIve been living here for about 7 years now and its not based on thenapathe ap itself its based on the convenience of the area Less than a 15 minute walk to the metro station less than 3 to a bus stop I do like the monthly newsletter and I think they Ive been living here for about 7 years now and its not based on thenapathe ap itself its based on the convenience of the area Less than a 15 minute walk to the metro station less than 3 to a bus stop I do like the monthly newsletter and I think they are trying but still a bit slumnnThe maintenance team over the years has been shottypoor It took almost 4 years and this is not an exxageration for them to fix my balcony door after someone broke into my home I was told I needed a police report to get the door fixed I turned in the police report and still FOUR YEARS LATER it was fixed The only reason it was fixed is because a housing inspector was on site and told the maintenance guy to fix the door Whch he then ran to gather the items that did not fit properly but fixed it in less than an hournnThe basement floods at least 12 times a year Not sure how long it takes them to clean the standing water but its there long enough to start smelling The basement flooring has not been completed in over 23 years The standing water causes mold problemsnnI doubt the property manager actually does the inspection of the properties on time if they did I doubt so many things would go unnoticed Such as mold in the basement uncovered lighting the front door has been broken multiple times or either tenants keys or the call box would not work whch took over 5 years to adjust laundry door would be locked and none of the keys provided could open the doornnMy friends car was stolen from the front of the building where there are cameras yet we were not able to get any information on who stole the vehiclennIn the lease it says that carpet cannot be changed but every ten years Which is nasty because if a prev tenant lived in the apartment for three years when a new tenant arrives they would still have to wait ten years before its changed Not 7 but an additional 3 yearsnnI would not recommend this place Most families that live here stay for about 6months to a year and leavennDont waste your time more ... hide ...
