2022-01-14T05:51:04ZDO NOT MOVE HERE The leasing manager Bruce is horrible the developer company doesnt care about residents complaints and these apartments are literally built in the back of the Takoma Metro station This means you can hear the metro and freight trains DO NOT MOVE HERE The leasing manager Bruce is horrible the developer company doesnt care about residents complaints and these apartments are literally built in the back of the Takoma Metro station This means you can hear the metro and freight trains at all hours of the day and night in your apartmentnThe only convenience is the metro station being so closenThe first red flag was the baiting and switching When given the apartment tour I was shown one floor plan but given something completely different when I moved in I was never shown the apartment they provided me until 2 days before I moved in and it was too late Thereafter I was put on a waiting list for the apartment I requested but of course nothing ever transpired They also state they have certain features like package retrieval via a locker This is a LIEplay on words The leasing office literally accepts your package and throws it in a closet with no real system or organization When you ask the leasing office to get your package they act as if they have an attitudenThe second red flag is because of the apartments weird location and lack of signage it is extremely hard for mail carriers Uber Eats Doordash and etc to find the building Because of this I had a package stolen from the main building I went to the leasing office about the issue and they blew me off The next day I went back to the leasing office to check on the issue while in the office I found another package of mine I assumed was never delivered This package had been sitting in the leasing office for months You would think they would have ensured I received my mail after the first incident but nonSuper shady Following the directions of the regional manager who is disgustingly unprofessional and unmannerly I filed a police report for my stolen package with MPD and couldnt get any resolve because the regional manager wouldnt follow up with MPD in reference to my police reportnAlso food delivery is a nightmare Food carriers will deliver to the wrong building because of lack of signage and the neighbors will eat your foodnThe third red flag they call themselves a luxury building but the apartments dont come with a microwave dog park package lockers or a concierge Ive lived in better luxury while living in a dorm roomnDo yourself a favor save yourself the stress and DO NOT MOVE HERE more ... hide ...
