The leasing office employees at this location needs a complete overhaul From the beginning of my application until Ive decided to cancel has been a complete disaster The leasing staff is unprofessional their follow through is almost slim to none YoThe leasing office employees at this location needs a complete overhaul From the beginning of my application until Ive decided to cancel has been a complete disaster The leasing staff is unprofessional their follow through is almost slim to none You almost have to go in the office to get in contact with someone and even then you have to hope someone is there To get you to leave them alone they will tell you they will call you the next day and you wont hear anything I was misquoted on an apartment multiple times that resulted in a change with no communication of why As multiple reviews have stated this place is unorganized and the service is horrible Although the building is nice and location is fantastic its hard to get pass the onboarding process Good Luckmore ...hide ...
