Apartments/Townhouse are great and the rent is fair. However, the office personnel are not respectful and are quite rude. Office hours are supposed to be 8am-2pm Mon-Fri, which doesn't give working people much time to get back necessary information. After applying, my application was sent back for missing information which I corrected and sent back. After I waited another week and checked the status of my application, I was told they sent it back to me again with missing information, which was unnecessary considering I had already attempted to contact them. It is more polite, friendly, and respectful to not apply personal issues to potential applicants or tenants.
