I lived here for 3 years The price is reasonable for the amount of apartment space that you will get Theres not much for the kids to do on the property but its so close to parks and other places for kids to go that it was never an issue It was also I lived here for 3 years The price is reasonable for the amount of apartment space that you will get Theres not much for the kids to do on the property but its so close to parks and other places for kids to go that it was never an issue It was also fairly quiet and I would often forget I was in Wilmington I never had any roaches but I had other issues that Im convinced were just a part of where the apartment is located and having not so cleanly neighbors Wendy the property manager is the BEST thing about this place If I had any issues I knew I could call email her and she did what she could to resolve the issuemore ...hide ...

Ive lived here 11 years and I love living here and its a beautiful building inside and out. There is security around the clock so I feel safe living here. The neighborhood behind the building is safe with friendly neigIve lived here 11 years and I love living here and its a beautiful building inside and out. Theres a community room with a social service worker and a computer learning center. I, also, have a beautiful view of the city and Delaware memorial bridge from my window from the back of the building. I give it 4 stars.more ...hide ...
